We are currently seeking a
Sales Recruiter to join our growing National Search recruiting team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, attracting and placing top-performing sales professionals with our clients nationwide. This is a full cycle recruiting role where you’ll own the process from sourcing to offer negotiation, working directly with both candidates and clients. We are looking for a competitive, resilient and confident recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to drive their personal income while developing strong and authentic relationships.
Sales Recruiter Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement
- Proactively source and engage sales professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring top talent aligns with hiring needs
- Assess candidates for sales aptitude, cultural fit, and career potential within client organizations
- Partner with hiring managers and decision-makers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality talent solutions
- Work in a fast-paced, competitive environment where success is measured by placements, revenue impact, and client satisfaction
Sales Recruiter Requirements: - 1+ years of recruiting experience
- 1+ year of experience working for a third-party staffing firm/agency
- Must have a proven track record of successfully recruiting and placing sales professionals
- Prior experience working in a metrics-based environment
- Strong ability to sell opportunities, influence candidates, and manage client relationships
- Resilient and competitive mindset; must thrive under pressure and be motivated to achieve results
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with candidates and clients
- Self-starter who enjoys working autonomously while also being a part of a high-performing team
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Please note that the salary range posted is the approximate total compensation, as this role offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped quarterly bonus plan.
