Salesforce Field Service Experience

Location: REMOTE

Type; Fulltime or CTH role

Candidates must have hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service

(formerly Field Service Lightning - FSL), including:

• Configuration and customization of Field Service components such as Service Appointments, Work Orders, Work Types, Service Territories, and Scheduling Policies.
• Knowledge of Mobile App configuration for Field Technicians.
• Experience with Field Service Dispatcher Console, Gantt charts, and optimization of service resources.
• Familiarity with Maintenance Plans, Product Items, and Service Reports.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable FSL solutions.

2. Salesforce Integration Skills

Candidates should be proficient in integrating Salesforce with other systems using:

• APIs: RESTful and SOAP APIs for synchronous and asynchronous data exchange.
• Middleware Platforms: Experience with tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica Cloud for complex data orchestration and transformation.
• External Systems: Ability to integrate with ERP, scheduling tools, inventory systems, or other back-office platforms.
• Security & Best Practices: Understanding of secure integration patterns, OAuth, Named Credentials, and data synchronization techniques.
