Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The PC/LAN Technician will provide desktop, server, and network support to end users across locations in Arizona. This hands-on, on-site role involves hardware/software troubleshooting, user support, system maintenance, and travel to field locations.
4+ years of hands-on IT support experience
Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
Experience with Active Directory, Server 2008/2012
Familiarity with IT infrastructure standards and troubleshooting
Valid Arizona Driver’s License with a clean record
Must pass a fingerprint-based background check and obtain ACJIS certification
Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and Google Workspace
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
Local candidates only – must be available for in-person interview and daily on-site attendance
Role includes frequent travel to ADOT field offices (vehicle provided)
This is not a remote or hybrid position
Install, configure, and support PC hardware, software, and peripherals
Provide daily technical support for desktops, laptops, and printers
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (Ethernet, DNS, DHCP)
Assist with Active Directory and Windows Server environments
Perform system updates, patches, and security configurations
Travel to various ADOT sites across Arizona using state-provided vehicles
Train users and new IT staff on systems and procedures
Maintain accurate documentation and support records
