• Mid-levels in Practice: 2 CRNAs
• Case Mix: Complete Ortho, Pediatric, Regional & Thoracic.
• Required Procedures:
- General Anesthesia (Adult & Peds), Spinal Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Central Line & Arterial Line placement.
• No. of ORs: 3

- No supervision.
- Responsible for preparing anesthesia cart.
