Job Description

Were seeking a talented Workday Report Developer to join our Allstate People Analytics team in this REMOTE role. As a Workday Report Developer, you will play a key role in creating, maintaining, and enhancing Workday reports while delivering actionable insights and ensuring data accuracy and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, ranging from simple to complex, including matrix and composite reports, using Workday Report Writer and Report Designer.
  • Assist leadership with triaging, evaluating, and assigning Workday Report requests.
  • Create Workday dashboards and reports that provide meaningful metrics, trends, and analytical insights.
  • Analyze, design, and build new custom reports utilizing Workdays reporting tools, such as Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
  • Ensure all custom reports meet business requirements and function as intended.
  • Document report functions, calculations, ensure data accuracy, and maintain adherence to data management best practices.
  • Validate and peer-review reports to ensure reliability and operational rigor
  • Troubleshoot and support existing custom reports to maintain optimal performance.
  • Review reports to ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
  • Analyze the impact of Workday updates or new releases on reporting, recommend solutions, and implement necessary changes.
  • Act as a thought leader, advocating for innovative approaches to complex problems in People Analytics.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential data with integrity.
Desirable Skills:
  • Strong communication and consulting skills to support strategic decision-making.
  • Working knowledge of HR systems and technology (e.g., PRISM, LMS, VMS, etc).
  • Experience working with workforce data or working in a people analytics team.
  • Passion for delivering actionable insights through visualization and storytelling.
  • Ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $92,560.00 - 166,465.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
