Deloitte's Emerging ERP Solutions-Workday teams are market leaders working with clients across industries to deliver transformational solutions optimized for their unique business needs. Work you will do You will team with EERPS-Workday colleagues as well as members from the client team on comprehensive, full-lifecycle (Financials, SCM or Adaptive Planning) implementation initiatives supporting finance, supply chain or manufacturing and distribution planning/execution transformations utilizing Deloitte's proven, adaptive implementation approach, "Momentum" - which emphasizes flexibility, integrated client involvement, and rapid delivery of value. Clients consist mostly of Large Enterprise organizations with complex Workday implementations. Sr Consultant: Leads project workstreams, identification and documentation of business requirements and requirements management. Provide functional design, prototyping (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, user training, defining support procedures. Additional duties may include: coordination of schedules, creation of documentation and collateral, creation and execution of test / use cases, configuration of Workday software, assisting with prioritization and sequencing of the workstream's efforts and assisting project leadership as required. Qualifications Required: + 5+ years of consulting or industry experience + 1 or more Workday ERP implementations + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience + Workday certification + Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve + Limited immigrationsponsorship may be available Preferred: + 2+ years leading functional financials workstreams + An advanced degree in the area of specialization + Functional knowledge around financial systems and processes Why Deloitte? The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $104,000 to $210,000.
