Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Webflow Web Developer to join our team on a project-based contract. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, manage, and optimize websites built on Webflow for various clients. Your contributions will directly support SEO initiatives and enhance the user experience by ensuring seamless website functionality. This role is ideal for a developer passionate about web technologies and helping teams focus on strategy by handling the technical aspects of Webflow.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Webflow Web Developer, you will:
Design, develop, and customize Webflow websites for clients across a variety of industries.
Implement SEO best practices, such as structured data, on-page optimizations, and performance improvements within Webflow.
Perform technical updates and troubleshoot issues within Webflow's CMS and custom code editor.
Work closely with account managers and SEO teams to ensure smooth website implementations without requiring them to navigate Webflow's complexities.
Assist with website launches, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Provide light training and documentation to help internal teams handle minor updates in Webflow independently.
Collaborate with SEO, Content, and Design teams to ensure that development aligns with brand guidelines and UX/UI best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Expert-level experience with Webflow (this is a must—candidates should be highly proficient).
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience customizing Webflow websites.
Proven ability to implement SEO best practices in Webflow, including metadata, schema markup, and site speed optimizations.
Ability to translate design mockups and wireframes into fully functional Webflow websites.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot Webflow-specific issues quickly and effectively.
Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
At least 2 years of professional experience working with Webflow.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Webflow CMS migrations and API integrations.
Familiarity with other CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and responsive design principles.
A portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that highlight your development expertise.
