Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Special Education Teachers to provide virtual instruction to K-12 students across Illinois. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from home with adjustable hours and guaranteed weekly pay.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education
Valid Illinois Special Education Teaching License
Experience with IEPs and supporting students with special needs
Preferred experience in virtual teaching environments
Professional liability insurance

Responsibilities:

Deliver online instruction to students with special needs in a supportive and engaging manner.
Collaborate with families, school staff, and other educators to develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Customize lesson plans and teaching strategies to address the unique needs of each student.
Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure success.
Provide virtual support and consultation to families and educational teams to enhance student learning.
