Imagine a world where you help companies solve complex automation challenges. As a Technical Support Specialist for Automation Systems , you'll provide vital support to Rockwell Automation customers and technical teams. Your day begins with a problematic issue where first-line support has hit a wall; it’s your turn to bring expertise to the table. Situated in either Mayfield Heights or Milwaukee, you’ll work a hybrid schedule, connecting both with onsite engineers and remote colleagues.

This is What You’ll Do:

• Work with clients struggling with Logix products like ControlLogix and MicroLogix, offering insights by phone, chat, and email.
• Guide customer interactions, set realistic expectations, document troubleshooting efforts, and ensure issues are resolved.
• Facilitate the engagement with various product groups, handling diverse queries with poise.
• Strive for excellence in customer service, garnering positive survey responses.
• Enhance our automation knowledge base by sharing insights and solutions with peers.
• Contribute to technical documentation, detailing troubleshooting guides and operational insights.

You Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in fields such as Electronics or Computer Science.
• Experience or a readiness to learn—0+ years in this domain.
• Public-facing work experience in customer-centric roles.
• Competence in industrial automation systems is a bonus!
