Opening: SW Quality Engineer

Location: Remote

NVIDIA is seeking an exceptional Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Digital Marketing Operations Team, where you will help drive global web initiatives and operations. In this role, you'll manage and coordinate software testing for web and mobile releases. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys tackling complex problems and has hands-on experience in quality assurance and automation.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborating with development teams to identify, analyze, and resolve issues, verify fixes, define new tests, and enhance test plans. You will be the advocate for quality across all NVIDIA products.
• Writing automation tests using Java, Cypress, TestNG, and Selenium for various components, including Frontend, REST/Services, Databases, and AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
• Working effectively with geographically distributed teams, participating in reviews and meetings to ensure alignment.
• Contributing to testing Large Language AI models like NVIDIA NeMo and generating diverse test data.
• Developing and refining sophisticated, stable automation frameworks to boost efficiency, reusability, and flexibility.
• Enhancing NVIDIA's continuous integration system by merging build, compile, test, and validation processes, incorporating scheduling, automated notifications, and deployment automation.

What we need from you:

• A B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in embedded software testing.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket) and Agile tools.
• Ability to manage changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong self-management skills, leadership abilities, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
• A deep understanding of embedded systems, automation, orchestration systems, data centers, and cloud architecture.

Nice-to-haves to help you stand out:

• Proficiency in programming languages like C, C++, Java, or Python.
• Experience with queue systems like Apache Kafka and Elasticsearch, as well as databases such as Hive and Amazon Redshift.
• 3+ years of experience working with QA automation frameworks like Cypress, Screenplay, TestNG, and JMeter.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
