Job Summary:
The Senior People Business Partner-Field serves as a strategic thought partner to leadership across our field operations and veterinary hospital network. This role is instrumental in aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive performance, elevate organizational effectiveness, and enhance the employee experience at scale.
The Sr. People Business Partner leads complex, cross-functional initiatives in the areas of organizational design, leadership development, change management, and cultural transformation. They proactively identify talent and organizational opportunities, providing data-driven counsel to guide strategic decision-making.
This role also provides leadership to a team of HR Managers and Field People Business Partners, empowering them to deliver high-impact, localized HR support while ensuring alignment with broader enterprise goals. The Sr BP will also have other in-direct HR Managers that report to the Field BP. The Sr. BP plays a key role in shaping a cohesive, high-performing, and values-driven people function across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR leader with deep expertise in business partnership, a high degree of leadership presence, and a demonstrated ability to influence across large teams. They bring a systems-thinking approach to solving business challenges and a strong track record of leading through ambiguity, scale, and transformation.

T he base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$145,000 annually. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location.
