Job Description



We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager (Programmatic) to join our dynamic, fast-paced boutique creative social and digital agency, supporting work for a leading health and technology client. You will be responsible for developing data-driven programmatic media strategies to meet business objectives while managing campaigns across CTV, display, and audio inventory sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead programmatic media planning with a focus on audience targeting, segmentation, flighting, and budgeting, ensuring alignment with client KPIs.

  • Manage execution and build out of campaign plans on platform, including establishing Private Marketplace (PMP) and Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) buys.

  • Analyze performance data, delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations to optimize programmatic campaigns.

  • Own budget tracking and allocation across all platforms, ensuring efficient spend and pacing.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaign strategies, reporting, and goal alignment.

  • Provide strategic creative guidance for ad development to maximize campaign performance.

  • Build and nurture relationships with ad networks, technology vendors, and partners.

  • Stay current with programmatic best practices, platform updates, and emerging media innovations.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, including programmatic channels.

Qualifications

  • 4-5+ years of experience managing programmatic campaigns, including hands-on use of DSPs, with experience managing paid social campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.

  • Client-facing experience, with proven ability in storytelling, reporting, strategic planning, and campaign performance management.

  • Proficient in analyzing programmatic performance data and optimizing campaigns based on insights.

  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated analytical skills.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Enthusiastic, data-driven, creative, and committed to staying on top of digital media trends.

Salary Range

  • Depending upon experience, salary range is between $80,000 - $100,000.
