As a **Security Professional - Financial Patrol** in **San Francisco, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more . As an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with customer service needs, and maintaining clear communication with team members. You will contribute to a positive environment by upholding our values of agility, reliability, and integrity, and by working collaboratively to support a secure and customer-focused atmosphere. **Position Type: Full Time** **Pay Rate: $34.00 / Hour** **Job Schedule:** **Day** **Time** Mon08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Tue08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Wed08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Thur08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Fri08:00 AM - 04:00 PM **Responsibilities:** + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. + Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. + Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel. + Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and maintaining visitor logs as required. + Support emergency response activities according to site protocols, including assisting with evacuations or other urgent situations. + Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures. **Minimum Requirements:** + Must have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or 2 years of security supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security experience. + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. + California Guard Card is preferred. + Customer service experience is preferred. + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. + A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. **Perks and Benefits:** + Health insurance and 401k plans for full-time positions + Schedules that fit with your personal life goals + Ongoing paid training programs and career growth opportunities + Employee discounts through our perks program to your favorite restaurants, entertainment venues, and much more... **Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.** All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race/ethnicity, age, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, genetic information, disability, protected veteran status, or any other basis protected by law.
