Role Overview Our QMAP's and Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. • Build Connections: Foster meaningful relationships with clients and their families, offering companionship and emotional support.

• Must have a QMAP Med Tech license

Available Positions:

• Memory Care
• 10pm to 8am every Tuesday (part-time)
• 8pm to 6:30am Sunday thru Wednesday (Full time)
• Assisted Living
• 10pm to 6:30am am every other weekend and every other Wednesday (Part time) (MC and AL can be put together and have 2 days 1 week and 3 days the next)
• 10pm to 6:30am Full-time (Wednesday thru Saturday week 1 and Tuesday thru Saturday week 2 - alternating)
