What You’ll Be Doing:

• Hitting and exceeding leasing, renewal, and collections goals 📈
• Building a connected community through resident programs and events
• Handling resident requests and resolving issues quickly and effectively
• Keeping the property running smoothly and within budget
• Managing and developing a team of 4+ employees
• Overseeing maintenance operations and assisting with capital projects and rehabs
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal property management laws
• Leading employee engagement activities

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of management experience in multifamily housing
• Experience managing a team of 4+ employees preferred
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Yardi software
• Voucher/Housing experience preferred (but not required)
• Familiarity with budgeting and basic financial reporting 📊
• A solid understanding of maintenance processes and property upgrades
