Program Manager
Remote,  Rate: $40-$45, W2, Consulting Contract 

Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years of experience delivering consulting services to global technology leaders, is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to support our high-profile client. In this role, you will manage cross-functional programs and drive business transformation through effective strategy execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a large and complex program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive master project plan, tracking progress against key milestones and deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather insights and drive program success
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, proactively identifying and implementing improvements as needed
• Communicate program updates, risks, and achievements to stakeholders through regular briefings and reports
• Prepare and present detailed program progress reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for continued improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in program or project management, leading complex initiatives with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage large-scale programs with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of distilling complex information for diverse audiences
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating cross-functional teams
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and effectively manage change
