Resource Requirements

Mandatory

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
Professional certifications in Agile (Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner).
At least 7 years of experience in the Product Manager role.
Crafting and executing comprehensive product strategies that drive business growth while aligning with long term organizational goals.
Demonstrates ability to build relationships and influence C-suite executives to translate complex business needs into actionable product initiatives.
Experience leading highly complex product portfolios across multiple workstreams.
Mastery of agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement, scaling agile practices across the organization and mentoring teams on best practices.
Leveraging market insights, data analytics, and emerging technologies to innovate and solve critical business challenges.

Desired

Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing other product managers or product owners.
Technical proficiency with the ability to understand and contribute to discussions about complex requirements and solutions.
