Resource Requirements

Mandatory

A Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or another related field.
At least 7 years of experience in the Product Owner and/or Product Manager role.
Developing and executing longterm product strategies that align with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
Influencing and collaborating with senior leadership clients and cross function teams to drive product vision and priorities.
Leading the entire product lifecycle including postlaunch performance analysis and iteration.
Guiding agile teams with a deep understanding of agile principles with goal to optimize team performance.
Utilizing analytics and customer feedback to make informed decisions that drive product innovation and growth.

Desired

Experience with building relationships and influencing Csuite executives to translate complex business needs into actionable product initiatives.
Experience leading highly complex product portfolios across multiple workstreams.
Mastery of agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement scaling agile practices across the organization and mentoring teams on best practices.
Leveraging market insights data analytics and emerging technologies to innovate and solve critical business challenges.
Experience with the following Software and Services:
- Jira
- Confluence
- Zendesk
- Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer
- Microsoft SQL Server Management Server
- Alation
- Microsoft Office suite
- Microsoft Teams
- SolarWinds
