Job Description

Actively seeking a Premier Banker for a very successful regional financial institution:

• Responsible for new business development, retention, and growth of high net worth client relationships.
• Demonstrates expertise in financial services and acts as a knowledgeable resource for the Bank's most valued clients and potential clients in this area.
• Responsible for developing deposit and lending relationships with clients; promoting business for the Bank through relationship building opportunities; maintaining good client relations and referring clients to appropriate staff for new services. 
• Responsible for providing exceptional service to the Bank’s high value clients facilitating ease of doing business and enhancing the client experience.

• Responsible for new business development, retention, and growth of medium to large size high net worth client relationships. 
• Coordinates and leverages a team of banking, trust, and investment professionals around client that meets and exceeds client needs.
• Incumbent is a highly seasoned financial industry expert capable of handling complex wealth and relationship management issues, providing counsel and expert advice in all areas of Wealth Management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in high net worth client activities
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial services and products as well as operations and security policies, practices and procedures.
• Expert knowledge of cash management services and lending solutions.
• Mortgage loan origination experience strongly preferred.
• NMLS registration strongly preferred.
• Notary license strongly preferred.
