Criteria such as the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer._ **We Take Care of Our People** Paid Time Off **I** 401K with Employer Match and Profit Sharing **I** Health and Wellness Benefits **I** Learning and Development Opportunities **I** Referral Program **I** Competitive Pay **I** Recognition **I** Employee Stock Purchase Plan ( **I** Inclusive & Supportive Culture ( * **Your Challenge:** + Data Visualization and Reporting: + Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. + Utilize Power BI's advanced features, including DAX, Row-Level Security (RLS), custom visuals, and Power Query. + Understanding of data modeling concepts and the ability to clean, shape, and transform raw data into usable formats + Familiarity with Power BI Embedded and Power BI Report Server + ERP Data Sources and API Interfaces: + Proficiency in working with RESTful API's to retrieve and manipulate data. + Experience with API authentication methods (e.g., OAuth, API keys) + Knowledge of JSON/XML data formats and parsing techniques + Experience querying and extracting data from ERP system (e.g., Oracle, SyteLine) + Experience working with data within Microsoft Dataverse preferred. + SQL Database Programming: + Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses or databases. + Optimize SQL queries and database structures for performance and scalability. + Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation. + Data Warehouse Management: + Work with data warehouse architectures including star and snowflake schemas. + Support ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources into a centralized data warehouse. + Monitor and maintain data warehouse performance, ensuring efficient data retrieval and storage. + Identify and remediate issues with Data Warehouse jobs and processes. **What You Bring:** + Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Power BI Analyst. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and custom visualizations. + Strong experience in SQL database programming, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers. + Hands-on experience with data warehouse concepts, including ETL processes, star/snowflake schemas, and data modeling. + Proficiency in SQL Server, Azure SQL, or other relational database management systems.
