As our Performance Marketing Lead, you'll lead our paid acquisition strategy across multiple channels while working closely with our brand, growth, and analytics teams. You'll play a crucial role in scaling Suno's user base through data-driven performance marketing, combining quantitative expertise with strategic brand alignment.
Drive performance marketing strategy and execution across major platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
Own and optimize App Store marketing strategies for both iOS and Android platforms, including keyword bidding and ASO
Partner with data and analytics teams to build robust measurement frameworks and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend
Collaborate with brand and content teams to develop and test ad creative that resonates with our target audiences
Manage relationships with external marketing agencies while ensuring alignment with internal goals and brand guidelines
Lead experimentation and optimization of campaigns across all channels to maximize ROI
5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and demand generation
Strong quantitative background with proven ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize spend
Experience managing both in-house marketing initiatives and external agency relationships
Track record of successful collaboration with brand and content teams to develop effective marketing creative
Demonstrated expertise in either agency-side campaign optimization or in-house demand generation at consumer-focused companies
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
Experience with mobile app marketing and App Store optimization
A love of music (listening, exploring, making) is a huge plus.

Compensation
The annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role is $130,000 - $180,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401k)
