Outside Sales Specialist - Energy Products
Location: Garden City, KS (and surrounding areas)

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Specialist to drive sales of our branded energy products in the Garden City, KS area. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with customers, develop new markets, and contribute to the success of a well-established organization. What You'll Do

Grow sales and profitability by implementing effective sales, marketing, and consulting strategies for our energy products and services.
Develop and expand customer relationships, identify new market opportunities, and introduce products that meet customer needs.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure a positive experience.
Work closely with sales, marketing, distribution, operations, and technical staff to enhance sales efforts.
Provide consultative services to customers by leveraging product knowledge, marketing expertise, and strong relationships.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, bids, and contracts to support business growth.
Deliver training sessions for customers and internal teams to improve product knowledge and sales strategies.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales performance.
Manage and support special projects that enhance customer service and business operations.
Stay informed about multiple energy products and apply this knowledge to all aspects of the role.
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by following company policies and industry regulations.

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
Experience in sales, business development, or sales operations

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Outside sales experience, including:
Sales presentations and persuasive negotiations
Customer service and relationship management
Conflict resolution
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
