US-based agency seeks Media and Virtual Staging Assistant for real estate brokerage.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Media and Virtual Staging Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing photo editing, organization, and virtual staging processes to support our real estate operations.
**Responsibilities:**
* Edit photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
* Organize and maintain photo libraries in Dropbox and Google Drive.
* Submit photo instructions for virtual staging to Stuccco and manage staged image returns.
* Share staged photos with agents and organize them in Google Drive.
* (Optional) Create 2D and 3D floor plans for properties.
**Qualifications:**
* Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
* Strong organizational skills and familiarity with Dropbox and Google Drive.
* Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions for virtual staging.
* Experience with 2D/3D floor plan creation is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and communicate effectively with team members.
