We do that by providing innovative recruiting and HR software to over 60,000 growing companies — particularly those who are part of a franchise system or similar network of small businesses.
Right now, CareerPlug is at a critical point in our growth. We have an immediate need to drive new franchise partnership opportunities through targeted outreach, which is one of our top strategies for growth. We have the strategy, but I need an executional powerhouse to help me turn those ideas into action. That’s where you come in.What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
As my right hand on these projects, you’ll act as a hybrid marketing specialist and project manager. Compensation: This role pays a base salary of $80,000, with an additional $5,000 of annual bonus potential. For someone with relevant franchise marketing experience, the base salary for this role will be $85,000.
