The Role: Lateral Associate Litigation Houston TX
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and driven Lateral Associate specializing in Litigation to join a prestigious firms newly established litigation team in Houston TX. This is a rare opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping a worldclass practice while working on a diverse array of challenging and highimpact cases.

In this position you will:

• Represent clients in a wide range of litigation matters including commercial litigation appeals antitrust constitutional law energy oil and gas and class actions.
• Draft legal documents including motions briefs and pleadings.
• Participate in appellate and trial proceedings including oral arguments and hearings.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative legal strategies.
• Contribute to the growth and success of a newly launched litigation practice.

Candidate Profile
Were looking for candidates who bring:

• Experience: Law school graduate fromwith prior exposure to litigation practices.
• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Expertise: Strong analytical research and communication skills.
• Additional Qualifications: District court or appellate court clerkship experience strongly preferred.
