We’re seeking a motivated Land Surveying CAD Drafter ready to contribute to meaningful construction and land development projects. Based in Brooklyn, this well-established firm is known for its technical precision, collaborative team, and exciting growth opportunities-including the potential to step into an Assistant Project Manager role in the near future.

CAD Drafting & Survey Interpretation
Import and process field survey data
Draft accurate topographical, property line, and construction layout drawings
Review and mark client/architect plans to align with survey findings
Construction Planning Support
Interpret site and utility plans, elevation changes, and terrain conditions
Assist with preparing plans and calculations for construction layout crews
Develop a strong foundation in planning workflows and client coordination
