Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI Clearance
Position Summary: We are seeking skilled Intelligence Analysts to provide operational intelligence services in support of the FBI’s Laboratory Intelligence Unit (LIU). The analysts will be responsible for collecting raw intelligence, conducting tactical and operational analysis, and producing high-quality intelligence products for dissemination to partner agencies. This role directly supports FBI investigations and operations by addressing critical analytical and intelligence needs.
Role & Responsibilities: Analyzes, assimilates, and evaluates all available intelligence information relating to their assigned area of responsibility.
- Responsible for selecting new and pertinent material for the files and for recognizing important new information which may suggest the necessity for further examination or study.
- Prepares finished studies of factual data.
- Provides specialized intelligence and threat analysis and production support.
- Accesses and performs research on designated automated intelligence databases for the purpose of identifying information of interest to the customer, downloading the identified information to an appropriate medium, and editing the information into format(s) to be specified by the customer.
- Provides intelligence and threat analysis of the information that is tailored to the customer’s requirements.
- Develops information and technical support of documents, summaries, reports, presentations and other designated products in support of the customer’s information and technical support requirement.
- Presents briefings to personnel designated by the customer.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
- Possess an active TS/SCI clearance and ability to pass a Counterintelligence (CI) focused polygraph.
- A minimum of three years of intelligence analysis work experience in the USIC writing raw and/or tactical intelligence products.
- Experience and/or familiarity with intelligence requirements and processes.
- Strong interpersonal ability, demonstrated by at least three years of experience working on a multi-disciplined team or within a team environment.
- Strong editorial and grammar skills, demonstrated by at least two years of experience in copyediting, print-publishing, or other writing-heavy responsibilities.
- At least five years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite products, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
