Under the direction of the Information Technology Supervisor II (Help Desk Supervisor), the incumbent is responsible for providing Help Desk support for the Medical Board of California’s (MBC) staff and associated clients. The incumbent provides technical support to the Board’s licensees, applicants, and consumers using the Department of Consumer Affairs BreEZe system.

Working Conditions
This position is located in Sacramento, Sacramento County.
Standard Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM. This position may be eligible for telework. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and based on organizational need. Employees are expected to be able to report to the office with minimum notification if an urgent need arises. The selected candidate will be required to commute to the office as needed to meet operational needs. Business travel may be required.
