Job Description

Our client, a leading global investment firm, seeks a Coordinator to join their growing and motivated HR & Recruitment team in NYC.  In this role, you will support the recruitment process by managing logistics, communication, and candidate experience from initial contact through the hiring process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruiting and looking to make a meaningful impact within a fast-paced, high-performance investment firm.

Qualified candidates will have 2-5 years of experience and must be coming directly from the finance industry. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for multiple positions, working with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters to ensure a smooth process.
  • Maintain candidate tracking and records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist with the creation and posting of job descriptions on various job boards and company website.
  • Help organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and interviews as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to improve recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree  required. 
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination within the financial services industry. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A passion for providing a positive and professional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
