POSITION REPORTS TO: Operations Supervisors & VP - Director of Operations

FUNCTIONS: The General Manager controls costs within the restaurant and must ensure operations run smoothly daily . Constantly strives to improve abilities, initiative, judgment, decisiveness, dependability, enthusiasm, and personal integrity. Specific responsibilities include:

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, developing staff.
• Giving direction, delegating, problem solving, resolving conflicts.
• Enforce and maintains adherence to policies and procedures.
• Controlling cash and making deposits.
• Produces fresh, high quality food.
• Ordering and managing inventory.
• Responsible for new hire paperwork.
• Plans, organizes, prioritzies coordinates and Implements daily work schedules.
• Manage daily sales reports and inventory reports.
• Maintain attendance records.
• Issue and grade skills tests.
• Maintain a clean restaurant.
• Ensure outstanding customer service is given to all customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND JOB SKILLS:

• MUST have QSR/Restaurant experience.
• Strong customer service skills and thorough knowledge of restaurant operation.
• Ability to perform and train in all positions in the restaurant.
• Ability to organize own workload and workload of others.
• Show strong leadership qualities and maintain respect of team members, supervisors, and customers.

EDUCATION: High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent or technical training and/or related subject preferred.
