Position Overview

As a Full Stack Software Developer, you will design, develop, operate, and maintain software solutions that integrate with complex systems, blending information technology with engineering and scientific disciplines. This role involves working on mission-critical projects that challenge your creativity, technical skills, and ability to innovate.

We are seeking Senior developers to support diverse projects. Candidates will work with one of the following technology stacks:

Tech Stacks

• Stack 1:
  Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Camel, Maven, Apache NiFi, ActiveMQ, Java, AWS, relational databases, health and status monitoring, monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Munin).

• Stack 2:
  Java, JSON, Maven, PostgreSQL, MinIO (data lake), containerization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions across the full development lifecycle, including intelligence tasking, control, exploitation, dissemination, command and control, situational awareness, and modeling and simulation.
• Apply software standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the system lifecycle to deliver multi-disciplinary solutions.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, users, and technical personnel, including cybersecurity specialists, network engineers, and security engineers.
• Contribute to or independently lead mission-critical tasks within high-visibility projects.
• Provide strategic advice and technical guidance for project optimization and mission-critical challenges.
• Oversee and mentor junior team members as needed.
• Develop and refine requirements from project inception to conclusion, ensuring solutions meet and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience:
  • Proven technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to implementation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of professional software engineering practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, and testing.
  • Hands-on experience with distributed/scalable systems and applications.
  • Preferred: Navy SSEE experience.

Position Clearance Requirement:

TS/SCI with CI Poly
