Job Description
Adecco is assisting a leading healthcare support provider in recruiting for a **Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM)** . This is a **field-based temp-to-hire** opportunity supporting the **LA Metro area** .
This position requires candidates to have strong experience in **healthcare reimbursement** , **Medicare/Commercial insurance** , and **provider training** . Candidates must also be open to **traveling 80% of the time.**
**Responsibilities for Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:**
- Educate healthcare providers on insurance coverage, prior authorization, claims processes, and appeals
- Serve as reimbursement support for a specific drug (including patient assistance programs and co-pay support)
- Deliver both remote and on-site training to clinics, averaging 15 provider interactions per week
- Schedule visits and maintain activity documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal case management and pharma reps
**Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:**
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement (Buy & Bill or Specialty Pharmacy preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of Medicare and commercial insurance benefit structures
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must reside in the LA Metro area and have reliable transportation and a clean driving record

**Pay Details:** $44.00 per hour
