Key Responsibilities

• Perform unscheduled and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including forklifts.
• Dismantle machinery, lubricate components, and conduct thorough inspections.
• Read and interpret work orders, schematics, and blueprints to execute repairs.
• Clean, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas for a safe workspace.
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize and address maintenance needs.

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certifications preferred.
• Experience: At least 2+ years in maintenance or a related technical role.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with forklift maintenance and other machinery.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and detailed work orders.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Comfortable with lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to climb, crawl, and work in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.
• Industry Experience: Experience in corrugation or a similar industry is required.

Job Details

• Shift: 1st shift (5:00 AM - 3:00 PM) with overtime required.
