Job Description

Position: Documentation and Accounting Assistant (Full-time)

Location: Bellevue, WA (on-site)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (35hours/week)

We are currently seeking a Documentation and Accounting Assistant for a Japanese Food Distributor.

Job duties:

Process sales and purchase invoices including documentation review
Assist in the preparation of import/export shipping documents.
Perform accounting entries and close activities
Perform other administration/accounting/documentation duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Native level in Japanese, Business level in English
3 years of relevant data entry experience in a financial system.
Able to perform analysis and reconciliations.
Attention to detail
Handle high-volume documents in a fast-paced environment
Experience with import/export documentation is a plus but not a must
