This is an office/desk position. This role involves managing communications, handling paperwork, and ensuring accurate data entry in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. Responsibilities Act as a communication liaison by receiving, sending, and distributing emails. Ensure prompt daily attendance at assigned work locations. Maintain regular contact with service center personnel. Efficiently sort, handle, and process paperwork as needed. Perform typing, data entry, scanning, and filing tasks. Essential Skills 1-3 years of office experience working with Excel and computer entry. Proficiency in data entry and customer service. Experience in logistics and customer support. Skilled in using Microsoft Office. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in order entry. Strong organizational skills. Effective communication skills. Work Environment The work schedule is Monday to Friday with start times at either 11 am or 2:30 pm, with shifts lasting 8 to 8.5 hours. Training may take place at 6 am. The work environment is fast-paced and deadline-oriented, requiring efficient handling of tasks and regular communication with service center personnel.
