Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Data Entry Clerk to support our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data, ensuring records are up-to-date, and assisting with organizing critical information. Your contributions will help maintain efficient business processes and enhance overall workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update guest information, reservations, and billing data in the system.

Review data for accuracy and completeness before submission.

Organize and maintain digital documents, spreadsheets, and databases.

Assist in preparing reports and summarizing key data as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other data management tools.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be located in and authorized to work in the USA or Canada.
