**Overview** **Job Title: Contracts Manager** **Job Location: Torrance, CA** **Salary: $80,000-$130,000/yr** We are looking for an onsite **Contracts Manager** at our Torrance, CA site to safeguard the company's interests in all aspects of commercial/contracts management lifecycle. This role will negotiate contracts/agreements and provide knowledge and guidance to integrated product teams in all areas related to the contract including terms, negotiations, proposals, disputes, and interpretation of the contract. Role will need the ability to partner with the program manager and work independently managing a portfolio of contracts with a variety of contract types and customers. **Responsibilities** + Within delegated authority limits, develop and negotiate contracts (working with internal stakeholders) to obtain the best possible commercial arrangement without compromising business objectives. + Lead and support negotiations with customers to achieve the best position for the company with regards to all aspects: scope, price, schedules, terms, payments, etc. + Handle the drafting of teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other related agreements. + Pivotal member of the integrated product team for all contractual matter and maintaining positive customer relationships. + Work within corporate guidelines for contracts and ethics + Conduct pre and post contract award reviews with internal stakeholders to ensure the contractual obligations are known, understood and being properly addressed. + Conduct Contract Management, supporting Program Managers and other internal stakeholders through the entire lifecycle of the contract. + Input contracts once executed into the contract management system (INFOR LN). + Manage and lead all direct reports. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience required. + Demonstrable negotiation skills with successful experience of complex commercial/DoD/USG negotiations. + Proficient experience of bidding to and managing contracts + Proven track record of successful contract management across a variety of contract types and customers including resolution of disputes, equitable adjustments, renegotiation based on issues which arise during the program. + Conscientious attitude and high attention to detail towards contract terms and requirements and proposal reviews + The ability to constructively challenge others and take a robust stance when required to promote/defend the company's position. + Excellent MS Office and general IT skills including experience with ERP systems such as INFOR LN or SAP. **Preferred Additional Skills:** + Relevant professional qualification/accreditation desirable including NCMA certifications and higher education such as JD or MBA **Stellant Systems is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
