Business Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in driving operational excellence across departments while also supporting our strategic growth initiatives. In addition to core operations responsibilities, this role will work closely with leadership on
business development ,
data analysis , and
sales enablement to scale our services and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Execution - Coordinate and optimize day-to-day business operations across supply chain, production, and logistics.
- Support shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and inventory reconciliation with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure operational data integrity across systems and maintain documentation for process flows and SOPs.
Business Development Support - Assist in identifying and researching new client opportunities, market trends, and partnership channels.
- Support the preparation of pitch decks, proposals, and client-facing materials.
- Track BD pipeline and follow-up tasks across key leads, prospects, and existing clients.
Data Analysis & Reporting - Analyze sales, shipment, and operational data to identify trends and performance gaps.
- Develop regular dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders (e.g., production lead time, margin tracking, shipment KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data insights into business recommendations.
Process Improvement - Drive cross-departmental initiatives to improve workflow efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support system integration and tools implementation to digitize and automate routine tasks.
- Propose and test scalable solutions to recurring operational challenges.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in business operations, data analytics, or OEM/consumer electronics industry preferred.
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (bilingual is a plus, if international coordination is required).
- 25% Travel to Asia
