Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems including heating units, air conditioning units, and refrigeration systems.
  
• Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics on HVAC equipment to identify issues and ensure efficient operation.
  
• Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters to test electrical components and troubleshoot malfunctions.
  
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and operational functions.
  
• Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations.
  
• Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
  
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems.
  
• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals.
  
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform equipment repairs effectively.
  
• Experience in welding is preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  
• A Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
