Job Description

We are a dynamic, mission-driven litigation firm located in Los Angeles, California, committed to advocating for consumers’ rights and pursuing justice under California law. We are currently seeking new or recently admitted Associate Attorneys (0–2 years of experience) who are passionate about litigation and eager to make a meaningful impact early in their legal careers.

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Attorney, you will play an essential role in all stages of litigation, including:

  • Court Hearings – Preparing for and appearing at state court hearings.
  • Discovery – Drafting and responding to discovery, and reviewing opposing parties’ responses.
  • Law & Motion – Drafting, filing, and arguing a variety of motions including motions to compel, demurrers, and motions for summary judgment.

You’ll receive hands-on training, direct mentorship from experienced litigators, and early courtroom exposure, allowing you to sharpen your advocacy skills and grow within the firm.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in California (admission to the CA Bar required).
  • 0–2 years of legal experience , including relevant internships, clerkships, or law school clinics.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Commitment to consumer rights and civil litigation.
