Our client in Fort Myers, Florida, seeks an attorney with a minimum of five years of litigation experience in tort and insurance. The successful candidate must have exceptional writing and analytical skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This litigation attorney position involves drafting and reviewing pleadings, case evaluation, responding to discovery, preparing and arguing motions, negotiating settlements, and attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and client consultations. The attorney will handle all other aspects of managing an insurance litigation docket.
