Qualifying experience includes 1-5 years of litigation (auto negligence preferred), remarkable writing and oral advocacy skills, exceptional time management, and organizational abilities. Responsibilities include daily communication and counseling of clients, researching and writing, reviewing records, taking and defending depositions, writing and responding to written discovery materials and motions, trial preparations, and otherwise assisting senior counsel in all aspects of case management from intake to settlement.
