Star Automation, Inc. was established in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, in 1991. We specialize in automatic unloaders & custom automation solutions to increase productivity, profitability and safety for injection molders worldwide.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Robotic Assembler to join our dynamic team in Menomonee Falls, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly of advanced robotic systems. Summary

Under the direction of the Vice President General Affairs and Accounting & the Field Service Manager the Administrative Assistant / General Clerk performs a variety of routine and clearly defined clerical tasks in an office setting. This role is responsible for the preparation, filing, and maintenance of both physical and electronic records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to follow standard procedures and use basic calculations to compile and verify information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, file, and maintain documents and records in physical or digital formats.
  • Perform data entry into tracking databases and internal systems with accuracy.
  • Compile, review, and verify information using standard methods and simple calculations.
  • Respond to internal and external information requests via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Retrieve records and documents as needed for reference or customer inquiries.
  • Support general office operations, including photocopying, mailing, and ordering supplies.
  • Reviews field service reports for accuracy and appropriateness, researches discrepancies and makes adjustments accordingly.
  • Make calls to schedule transportation needs for employees of the company.
  • Utilizes field service data systems to coordinate field service schedule and communicate to service employees.
  • Perform duties of the Receptionist as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Completes special projects and other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

Requires high school degree or Equivalent. Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred but not required.

Reasoning Ability

Requires the ability to operate a variety of standard office machines, to include a computer, telephone, fax, copier, etc.
