As an Accounting Assistant, you perform the last step in filtering revenue, payroll, and the corresponding reports for accuracy. We rely on the information that you enter and the resulting reports that you generate to be correct and turned over to the controller in a timely manner. Your data entry and accounting skills are essential to our success.
You spend much of your time doing payroll, running month-end reports, running financing transactions, reviewing invoices, processing timesheets, and depositing money. You enjoy being a part of our office team and get great satisfaction out of keeping everything up-to-date and accurate!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Are you meticulous and detail-oriented? Do you take the initiative to find solutions to problems? Are you dedicated to accuracy and able to accomplish data entry tasks with minimal errors? WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time bookkeeping office position at our HVAC company typically works 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday .
